| Description: | Spartan is a molecular modelling and computational chemistry application. It contains code for molecular mechanics, semi-empirical methods, ab initio models, density functional models, post-Hartree–Fock models, and thermochemical recipes including G3 and T1. Currently Spartan 16 is only available for Macs. Please contact OIT if you need it for Windows. A reboot is required after installation. This software requires that you are connected to the Williams College network to access a license. Before using from "off-campus" you need to log into the Williams network using the CISCO VPN Anywhere Client. |
